The theme for this year's VBS is "Live It Out," and we plan to lead up to it with a four-week focus on serving local schools with which we have existing partnerships.
- Loring Mill will focus on Alice Drive Elementary and Willow Drive Elementary.
- Pocalla will focus on Bates Middle School.
- Bishopville will work with The Pee Dee Math, Science & Technology Academy.
To support this local missions project, please refer to the list below for specific items each school needs. Each year, our VBS kids participate in a fun, healthy competition between boys and girls to see who can collect the most coins. The coins collected by children this year will also contribute toward supporting these partner schools with the items they need.

Did you know that Vacation Bible School (VBS) is one of our largest outreach events of the year? Last year, we celebrated a big milestone with our first-ever VBS at our Bishopville Campus.
We invite you to Pray for Vacation Bible School – for the kids and families who will be impacted, for the volunteers serving, and for each campus and community. Then, on Sunday, July 6, spend a few moments praying for VBS at the campus you attend.
You can walk all three of our campuses or just one. Pick up a card at one of our campuses at Connection Point and dedicate some time to pray over our campuses as we prepare for VBS 2025. Your prayers can make a meaningful impact!

MOMS Sumter is a program for mothers. We welcome all moms, no matter their background or stage of motherhood. Whether you are a military mom, grew up in Sumter, have little kids in diapers, or are sending kids off to college, MOMS Sumter is a great place to connect, grow, and find support. To reserve your spot for the 2025-2026 MOMS year, come to our drive-through registration on July 24 from 8 to 10 a.m. at our Loring Mill Campus. At this event, you can take advantage of our Early Bird rate of $80 for the year. The payment due at the first meeting is $50 for the semester or $100 for the entire year. Don’t miss our early bird special during the drive-through sign-up event!

This team will travel to the village of Las Pacayas and work with the local pastor and church – doing evangelism, providing Bibles, delivering rice & beans, doing Vacation Bible School for the kids and doing some light construction work – all in the name of Jesus!
