Helps Kids Take Their Next Step Toward Jesus

From the moment you walk into any of our locations, you can trust that your child is safe, known, and loved. Every volunteer is background checked and specifically trained so that you can feel confident about who's teaching, serving, and caring for your child in an age appropriate environment. Through weekly Life Groups, memorizing Scripture, and connecting with other children their age, your child will discover that following Jesus is anything but boring. Our goal is simple: make the kids ministry the best hour of your child's week and ensure that they are excited to come back next week!

Our Kids Ministry is for children ages birth through 5th Grade.

Our Kids Ministry has a single focus and goal, but each location has its own flavor and patterns to provide an amazing experience for both you and your children. Discover what our Kids Ministry looks like at each location below:

We have educational and FUN, age-appropriate LIFE Groups for kids of all ages. Our volunteers are background checked and trained to care for, love, and teach our children about Jesus.

8:30am Sunday Service
During this hour, childcare is on West Hall in room 117 for nursery and preschool kids.

9:45 & 11:00am Sunday Services
Birth – 4 years West Hall
Kindergarten -5th Grade – Upstairs West Hall

Age Breakdown

Preschool
Ages: 6 weeks-5 years

Our nursery, 6 weeks to 36 months, is staffed with loving caregivers to give you peace of mind so you can enjoy LIFE Group and worship. During their stay, babies will be prayed over and learn Bible truths through song.

Once they join our 3-year-old classes, the children will have an organized lesson that walks them through the Bible at their level. We use the Explore the Bible Through Lifeway to teach kids about the Bible.

All preschool volunteers are thoroughly trained and background-checked.

Elementary
Ages: Kindergarten – 5th Grade

Kindergarten-5th Graders enjoy a small group time where they fellowship with kids their age, study the Bible, and learn how to apply those truths in their lives. They do this using the Explore the Bible Through Lifeway.

Kids will have the opportunity to attend Elementary Large Group, where they learn to participate in worship through songs, games, and fun!

We meet at the times above in the West Hall on the second floor. If you are worried about finding us, just ask a greeter for help or follow the sounds of kids having fun and learning about Jesus!

Kids Midweek is for kids ages 3 (by September 1) through 5th grade. Your 4th and 5th graders will have the opportunity to join our Preteen Experience, where they will have deeper Bible story lessons, discussion, and worship!

Preteens:
4th-5th grade | Upstairs in room 217
Your 4th and 5th-graders will have the opportunity to join the preteen experience! They will have bigger kid Bible story lessons, worship, rec, and discussion questions.

If you have a child with special needs, we are here for you! We believe that every kid deserves to hear the gospel, and every parent deserves to enjoy church without worrying! We have a team of volunteers equipped to work with children with all types of special needs. They are here and ready to make sure Sunday morning is enjoyable for you and conducive to the learning of your kid!

Our Buddies Room is located in the North Hall downstairs.

In Kids Ministry, our goal is to help children take their next steps toward Jesus Christ. Parents, we’re here to support you! We offer resources and encouragement as you dedicate your family to this meaningful journey.

We offer Parent-Child Dedication. As parents, this is a time for you to come before your church family, asking them to join you in prayer as you commit to raising your child in a way that honors God.

During our Parent-Child Dedication, you can publicly commit to raising your child in faith, and your church family can join you in prayer. Let’s work together to nurture their spiritual growth!
