Sermon Discussion Questions

• Read Mark 10:13-16.
• Imagine this scene.  Who do you connect to in the story – the disciples or the parents?  Why?
• Tell about a time when you received a blessing from someone.  How did that make your feel?
• Please share the name of someone you need to bless and why.
• Read 1 Corinthians 6:18.
• Do you know someone who has not run away from sexual immorality?  What is their life like?
• In your opinion, how can a person resist the message of culture – that sex is a purely physical act – and instead live a life where physical intimacy is an expression of the soul?
• Read Matthew 25:34-36
• How would you translate Jesus’ commendations into modern language?  What does it mean, for example, for us to provide housing for the stranger, food for the hungry, etc.?

• Read Romans 12:1
• If you present your body as a living sacrifice to God, what would change in your life? 
• If God is merciful enough to you to send his Son Jesus to offer his body, how will you expect God’s mercy to be shown as you offer your body to him?
